It's my BIRTHDAY!!!

Yay! Today I'm celebrating a young 28th birthday. OMG, where does the time go? I asked my mom how SHE feels since her baby is 28! She was up early of course in the anticipation of calling me at 7:17am when I was born. The singing as well, she had prepared all morning!!

I have a 10 year class reunion coming up in August as well. I can't believe that 10 years have gone by, I know this doesn't seem that long to others (um...my older generation reading this lol) but life has defiantely been a lot these past 10 years. Graduating high school while having 2 jobs, moving in with Todd (wouldn't have expected THAT to work out how it did!!) at a young age, responsibilites of bills & work by the time I was 20, man I should have stayed home to save $$!

Getting married FINALLY!! Getting my certification in ophthalmology in 2008! Moving into our home! Todd & I have been living in our current home for almost 6 years now & the fun we have had in making it our own. Having 2 awesome dogs that are my own little boys to care for all while keeping the same career & holding down the home. Taking on more responsibilites at work & moving forward. The happy times & the sad times in our journey of conceiving all of which has brought me here today, to who I am.

So this week has been filled with family & friends & dinner & gifts. I only wish for a better year & more success in the days coming & can't wait to see what is in store for me!
